LTO Values

The last time out values tab allows you to query the last time out values of any piece of sectional data for many fields.

What are all the fields?

We have created an excel document explaining all the data fields you can see in Proform, plus how far back the historical sectional data goes and the data tolerances we used to block obvious data errors coming into our database, you can download this on the following link:-

Entering Data

When you click into any field it will expand so you can enter a query for that field, like this

You can press tab to move to the next field or press ESC to exit the field so that the size retruns to a small white box.

What is the tick box for?

The red tick box above the last time out values, see here

lets you restrict queries in the database to only races where sectional data exists, this will speed up the query a little.

We have added all the sectional fields for ranks, values, LTO ranks and LTO values to the Preferences Tab in the System Builder.

You can add these fields so they can be seen when drilling down into queires you have run.

Given there are a lot of fields we have added a tick search to the top of the screen which allows you to enter any characters and click the Tick Search button to tick anything that matches what you entered.

So if you wanted all data for the final furlong you can enter _Finish and press the button for them all to be tick.  Any you do not want can then be unticked manually by scrolling up and down etc

Presentations Tab

This tab allows you to present by ranks and values for this time out and last time out and if you wish you can run report on all of the presentations for either.
(Note: Depending on your other system parameters these could take an long time to run!)

To run a presentation click the radio button next to the drop down list and then select a report from the drop down list, then set your other system parameters and run the system.
